So what Now?

This summer the Bow High School Auditorium will begin embarking on a series of upgrades to modernizing the audio, lighting, and visual systems in the space. Until this year the auditorium has never had its own budget and had relied on other budget lines. This was sufficient for a number of years but as the space approaches 35 years old it's time to start making significant changes to the technical equipment in the space.

Summer 2024

With the passing of the $58,000 capital reserve release upgrades are in the pipeline and in the works. These upgrades may be either new speaker system or audio infrastcuture ugprades.
We are currently working with a respected interagtor in the industry to develop the best solutions possible for the BHS Audi.

Summer 2025

There are draft plans in place to overhaul and completely modernize the auditorium lighting system. While the current system does meet our needs there are new more energy efficient options and systems out there thanks to the advent of LED lighting for stage use and DMX control protocols. If all goes planned the new lights will shine into the future brining with them lower operating costs, lower maintenance and expanded flexibility.
